A5 Wagyu Brisket is a very special rating of beef and requires a bit of extra delivery and preparation time from our distributor. Our Wagyu Brisket is also sold by either a Half Brisket or Full Brisket for maximum deliciousness. Please send us a message directly to inquire about our Wagyu.
